Four modules have been made react-compatible and will be released early next week.
Additionally troubleshooting regarding JDK versions has been added to various pages. This is unrelated to a release or react-client.

@Karuna-Mendix We were wondering whether the content/en/docs/refguide/runtime/mendix-client/content-readiness.md file is

  • supposed to be sorted? alphabetically?
  • supposed to also contain starter apps? FYI we will work on making our starter apps react-compatible in the coming week(s): do they go on this list as well?

Hi @tswarmerdam-mx,

  • Yes, we can sort the list. I'll do it.
  • No. Originally, the team decided not to document starter apps. I discussed this internally with my colleague @ConnorLand and he suggested the below options:

If you are interested in broadcasting info about starter apps, maybe we can figure out the best way to do that. We have options:

  1. Just put info in the next SP release notes (“We enabled react readiness in x y z starter apps, check for yourself by clicking X in the product.”)
  2. Make a small doc page about starter apps, and make react readiness a section.
  3. Maybe just use the GitHub repos or files in the apps themselves and communicate w devs via those.
